Filters and Belts

This is first thing that you need to check. You want to make sure that your employees and customers have clean and clear atmosphere. If belts and air filters start to wear out, the atmosphere in your store or office can become compromised.

Coils

Buildup of particles and dust over time could impair your equipment and cause problems, so it is important to check coils to make sure that they function properly.

Calibration

Regular calibration make sure that what you set is what you get. You want the coolness and warmth in the air to reflect the settings.

Duct Work

Clean your duct work regularly and check for infestation and clogs. Particles and dust that are in the air usually stay to the surface and there is a risk of mold forming within.

Inspection of Wiring

Thermostats
